Oct 02, 2001	Haver Analytics Database .DLL (dlxapi32.dll) (312K). This zipped file contains the .dll supplied by Haver Analytics for use with its databases. Haver recommends that those with earlier versions update the existing .dll by replacing the file in the EViews directory.
